MARDIBASA: Jurnal Pembelajaran Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia follows a double-blind review policy, meaning that both the reviewer and author identities are concealed throughout the review process. Articles are evaluated based on the journal's guidelines and the manuscript's overall quality. For articles requiring revision, further reviews will be conducted to ensure the revised version meets the publication standards.

The article review process is carried out systematically as follows:

1. Submitted articles will be acknowledged within 12–24 hours.
2. The manuscript is then sent to reviewers for evaluation. The review process takes a maximum of 10 working days.
3. After the review is completed, the reviewers will submit their reports to the executive editor.
4. The executive editor will forward the reviewers’ comments and the publication decision to the author.
5. If the article is accepted with revisions, the executive editor will send an official revision request to the author. Authors are given 7 working days to revise and resubmit the manuscript.
6. The revised article must be uploaded through the OJS system. The revised manuscript will then be re-evaluated by the reviewer. If the revised article is rejected at this stage, it will be considered declined.
7. Accepted articles will proceed to the online publication stage.
8. A Letter of Acceptance (LoA) will be sent to the author once the article is officially accepted.
9. After online publication, the executive editor will notify the author and send a download link.
10. The printed version of the journal will be available within one to two weeks after the online publication.
