Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif fenomenologis, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam terhadap 10 konsumen berusia 21-40 tahun yang aktif di media sosial serta analisis konten digital selama tiga bulan. Hasil penelitian mengungkap tiga faktor utama yang memengaruhi keputusan pembelian: (1) kredibilitas informasi melalui testimoni video pelanggan (user-generated content), (2) interaksi personal yang responsif melalui pesan langsung, dan (3) daya tarik konten visual destinasi wisata. Namun, intensitas promosi yang berlebihan menimbulkan efek kontraproduktif seperti kebingungan dan penundaan keputusan. Penelitian ini mengintegrasikan model consumer journey dan konsep customer engagement dalam konteks e-marketing pariwisata, serta menyoroti pola perjalanan konsumen yang bersifat non-linear. Kebaruan riset ini terletak pada identifikasi titik jenuh konten promosi di segmen digital muda. Using a qualitative phenomenological approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews with 10 consumers aged 21–40 who are active on social media, as well as digital content analysis over a three-month period. The findings reveal three main factors influencing purchasing decisions: (1) information credibility through customer video testimonials (user-generated content), (2) responsive personal interaction via direct messages, and (3) the visual appeal of destination content. However, excessive promotional intensity produces counterproductive effects such as consumer confusion and decision delays. This study integrates the consumer journey model and the concept of customer engagement within the context of tourism e-marketing, highlighting the non-linear nature of the consumer journey. The novelty of this research lies in the identification of promotional content saturation points among young digital consumers. Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami bagaimana wisata bekas lubang tambang dapat berpotensi menjadi pariwisata syariah serta meningkatkan perekonomian di masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi lapangan. Data didapatkan melalui wawancara dengan pengelola wisata yang tersebar di Kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara, Kutai Timur dan Kota Samarinda yaitu Bukit Durian Villa Ich 4, Taman Gubang, Danau Danurdana, Naureen Mini Garden, Telaga Batu Arang, dan Lake View dilanjutkan observasi lapangan, dan analisis dokumen untuk memperoleh data yang komprehensif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semua destinasi wisata bekas lumbang tambang yang ada sangat berpotensi menjadi wisata syariah. Dikarenakan keseluruhan tempat wisata sudah menyedikan tempat ibadah khususnya muslim yang sangat memadai, juga tidak menyediakan makanan dan minuman yang haram, serta menyediakan toilet yang bersih serta selalu menjaga keamanan dan keselamatan bagi para pengunjung. itu sejalan dengan fatwa DSN Nomor 108/DSN-MUI/X/2016 tentang pedoman penyelenggaraan pariwisata berdasarkan syariah. Pada hubungannya dengan peningkatan perekonomian masyarakat, hampir keseluruhan tempat destinasi wisata memperkerjakan atau bekerjasama dengan masyarakat sekitar. Seperti pengelolaan lahan parkir bagi pengunjung, tempat makan yang dikelola terpisah oleh masyarakat serta karyawan yang dipekerjakan pada tempat wisata dengan memprioritaskan warga sekitar. This paper fills the gap in research on its utilization, especially the potential for development in sharia tourism. The main objective of this study is to understand how former mining pit tourism can potentially become sharia tourism and improve the economy in the community. This study uses a qualitative method with a field study approach. Data were obtained through interviews with tourism managers spread across Kutai Kartanegara Regency, East Kutai and Samarinda City, namely Bukit Durian Villa Ich 4, Taman Gubang, Danau Danurdana, Naureen Mini Garden, Telaga Batu Arang, and Lake View, followed by field observations and document analysis to obtain comprehensive data. The results of the study indicate that all former mining pit tourist destinations have great potential to become sharia tourism. Because all tourist attractions have provided places of worship, especially for Muslims, which are very adequate, also do not provide food and drinks that are forbidden, and provide clean toilets and always maintain security and safety for visitors. This is in line with the DSN fatwa Number 108 / DSN-MUI / X / 2016 concerning guidelines for organizing tourism based on sharia. In relation to improving the community's economy, almost all tourist destinations employ or cooperate with the surrounding community. Salah satu solusi yang diadopsi adalah penataan ulang permukiman melalui pengecatan warna-warni. Studi kasus Kampung Warna-Warni Jodipan di Malang menunjukkan bagaimana transformasi melalui pengecatan warna-warni tidak hanya memperbaiki estetika tetapi juga meningkatkan ekonomi lokal dan kualitas hidup masyarakat melalui pengembangan pariwisata. Penelitian ini dilakukan secara kualitatif menggunakan pendekatan Multi-Level Perspective (MLP) untuk menganalisis proses pembelajaran sosial dalam pengembangan pariwisata di permukiman informal. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa pembentukan Kelompok Sadar Wisata (Pokdarwis) oleh Dinas Pariwisata Kota Malang berperan penting dalam mengelola dan menjaga keberlanjutan kampung wisata. Namun, pandemi COVID-19 memberikan tekanan pada sektor pariwisata yang menyebabkan penurunan jumlah wisatawan dan penutupan sementara. One of the solutions adopted is the reorganization of settlements through colorful painting. The case study of Kampung Warna-Warni Jodipan in Malang shows how transformation through colorful painting not only improves aesthetics but also enhances the local economy and quality of life through tourism development. This research was conducted qualitatively using the Multi-Level Perspective (MLP) approach to analyze the social learning process in tourism development in informal settlements. The findings show that the formation of Tourism Awareness Groups (Pokdarwis) by the Malang City Tourism Office plays an important role in managing and maintaining the sustainability of tourism villages. However, the COVID-19 pandemic put pressure on the tourism sector causing a decrease in the number of tourists and temporary closures. Power relations and open communication play a crucial role in this structuring process, where community and private sector initiatives require approval from relevant authorities. Discussion forums and interactive dialogues between residents and tourism managers help create a common understanding and collective action to maintain cleanliness and tourist satisfaction. Penelitian&nbsp; ini bertujuan untuk menyusun pemahaman komprehensif mengenai strategi pemberdayaan masyarakat dalam pengembangan desa wisata berbasis komunitas melalui metode literature review sistematis. Metode yang digunakan dalam kajian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode literature review sistematis. Subjek kajian berupa dokumen ilmiah seperti artikel jurnal, prosiding, dan laporan penelitian yang relevan. This study aims to develop a comprehensive understanding of community empowerment strategies in community-based tourism village development through a systematic literature review method. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach with a systematic literature review method. The subjects of the study are scientific documents such as journal articles, proceedings, and relevant research reports. The literature was searched through Google Scholar, ScienceDirect, Scopus, and Garuda databases, using keywords related to community empowerment and community-based tourism villages. The results of the study indicate that active community participation, training and capacity building, strengthening local institutions such as Pokdarwis and BUMDes, and multi-stakeholder collaboration are the main pillars of effective empowerment.</em></p> <p><em>Additionally, applying a bottom-up approach and using digital technology are key factors in driving innovation and community engagement. Challenges such as infrastructure limitations, participation gaps, and weak institutional support remain major obstacles to the development of tourism villages. This study emphasizes the importance of integrating local values, applying principles of social inclusivity, and strengthening collaborative governance to ensure the sustainability and equitable distribution of benefits from tourism village initiatives. Salah satu produk yang perlu diperhatikan keamanan dan kehalalannya adalah makanan dan minuman. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui persepsi mahasiswa dan mengetahui faktor apa saja yang berhubungan dengan persepsi mahasiswa terhadap labelisasi halal pada produk makanan dan minuman lokal. </em><em>Pemilihan lokasi penelitian menggunakan metode purposive</em><em>.</em><em> Metode yang digunakan untuk penentuan sampel yaitu dengan metode Proportional Cluster Random Sampling. Populasi penelitian sebanyak 23.845 orang dan sampel yang diperoleh sebanyak 100 orang. Sampel diambil menggunakan rumus Slovin. Kemudian sampel tersebut diproporsikan per fakultas yang terdapat di Universitas Bengkulu dengan menggunakan rumus alokasi proportional.</em> <em>Analisis yang digunakan untuk mengkaji persepsi yaitu analisis kualitatif dengan mengumpulkan data secara online berdasarkan google form. Sedangkan untuk menganalisis faktor apa yang berhubungan menggunakan metode korelasi Rank Spearman. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu bahwa persepsi mahasiswa yang meliputi pengetahuan, pemahaman, dan kesadaran berada dalam kategori tinggi. Sedangkan </em><em>faktor budaya, faktor pribadi, faktor sosial, dan faktor pisikologis berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap persepsi mahasiswa mengenai labelisasi halal pada produk makanan dan minuman lokal. One of the products that need to be considered safe and halal is food and beverages. The purpose of this study is to determine the perceptions of students and find out what factors are associated with student perceptions of halal labeling on local food and beverage products. Selection of research locations using the Purposive method. The method used for determining the sample is the Proportional Cluster Random Sampling method. The study population was 23,845 people and the sample obtained was 100 people. The sample was taken using the Slovin formula. Then the sample was proportioned per faculty at Bengkulu University using the proportional allocation formula. The analysis used to assess perceptions is qualitative analysis by collecting data online based on google form. Meanwhile, to analyze what factors are related using the Rank Spearman correlation method. The results of this study are that student perceptions which include knowledge, understanding, and awareness are in the high category. While cultural factors, personal factors, social factors, and psychological factors have a positive and significant effect on student perceptions of halal labeling on local food and beverage products. The culinary sector is one of the most in-demand subsectors of the creative economy today, due to its potential to drive innovation and local economic growth. This study aims to analyze the influence of Electronic Word of Mouth (E-WOM) and customer reviews on purchase decisions, with purchase intention as a mediating variable, while also exploring how these findings contribute to the development of the creative economy, particularly in the local culinary sector. A quantitative approach was employed through a survey of 135 respondents. The results indicate that customer reviews significantly influence purchase decisions, both directly and indirectly through purchase intention. In contrast, E-WOM does not have a significant effect. These findings highlight the importance of authentic customer reviews in supporting purchase decisions and sustaining local creative businesses. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi analisis kualitatif terhadap laporan perkembangan jumlah kunjungan wisatawan mancanegara, laporan organisasi pengelola destinasi, dan data-data yang terkait dengan Bali Beyond and Travel Fair (BBTF), jumlah kunjungan wisatawan mancanegara, upaya pengembangan pariwisata. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa melalui program pameran dagang internasional Bali Beyond dan Travel Fair, pemerintah dan organisasi serta pelaku bisnis pariwisata telah berhasil melakukan kerjasama untuk meningkatkan jumlah kunjungan wisatawan mancanegara dari berbagai perspektif. The decline in the number of foreign tourists after the COVID-19 pandemic is of particular concern to the government and business actors because it has an impact on economic instability and tourism popularity in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze policies, programs, and accessibility to increase foreign tourist visits. The research methods used in this study include qualitative analysis of reports on the development of the number of foreign tourist visits, reports of destination management organizations, and data related to the Bali Beyond and Travel Fair (BBTF), the number of foreign tourist visits, tourism development efforts. The results of this study show that through the Bali Beyond and Travel Fair international trade show program, the government and tourism organizations and businesses have successfully cooperated to increase the number of foreign tourist visits from various perspectives. In terms of business, the efforts made are prioritizing the promotion of Indonesian tourism, especially Bali and its surroundings, by creating innovations to support the increase in sales of tour packages. East Java has enormous potential as a center for developing the halal industry. However, there are quite big challenges because there is no master plan for developing the halal industry, halal certification is not yet optimal with many halal products, there is no infrastructure available, limited educational, training and research facilities related to industry, halal logistics and halal industrial areas and a lack of professional and competent human resources. Using the Analytical Network Process (ANP) method. Finding priority problems where generally halal industry human resources, namely MSME players, still have a narrow mindset; MSME players still lack knowledge regarding halal certification of their products. Meanwhile, the priority finding of the solution is to improve the qualifications of MSME human resources using technology to meet halal product standards and product diversification. This study seeks to analyse the influence of digitalisation, as assessed by two independent variables, namely digital literacy and the use of digital material, on Islamic tourism decisions among Generation Z in East Java. This study employs a quantitative method with a population of Generation Z in East Java. The sample approach used was accidental sampling, with 402 respondents chosen using the Slovin formula. Primary data was collected using a questionnaire designed to measure digital literacy, digital content consumption, and sharia tourism choices. The SEM-PLS model was used to examine data to assess the degree to which digital literacy and digital content utilisation impact Generation Z's decision to visit Sharia, both directly and indirectly.This study's findings indicate that digital literacy and the consumption of digital material both have a significant influence on the decision to visit Sharia Tourism Generation Z in East Java. Experience with digital material for tourism can mitigate the impact of varying tourism digital literacy on Sharia tourist decisions. The research objective is a comparative analysis of religious tourism packages based on the pesantren approach, encompassing itinerary design, budget planning, and evaluation of each package's efficacy and shortcomings. Employing qualitative methods, the study gathers data through repeated observations, semi-structured interviews, purposive sampling, and documentation. Data analysis involves thematic coding, comparative techniques, and triangulation of diverse data sources. Findings highlight the critical role of meticulous itinerary planning in crafting compelling religious tourism experiences that blend nature, culture, and Islamic history in Minangkabau. The Chaining Loop travel pattern enhances appeal by integrating various tourism activities, offering flexible packages for both individual tourists and groups. The study concludes that overly condensed religious tourism schedules are inadvisable, while extended durations pose logistical challenges for tourists. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan perjalanan (Itinerary) sangat penting dalam proses perencanaan wisata religi berbasis pesantren, dengan menyusun perjalanan yang menggabungkan wisata alam, wisata budaya, serta sejarah Islam di daerah Minangkabau.
